Master Chief Rosati assumed the duties of the Fifth Coast Guard District’s Reserve Command Master Chief on June 21, 2021, serving as a senior enlisted advisor to the District Commander.
As a senior enlisted advisor, Master Chief Rosati advises leadership on workforce policies, mentors enlisted personnel, serves as an expert on determining select administrative actions and initiatives that support the day-to-day operations of the District.
Upon completion of basic training in September 2000, Master Chief Rosati served as an active duty servicemember on USCGC VIGOROUS, in Cape May, NJ; USCGC ANTHONY PETIT in Ketchikan, AK; USCG Station Manasquan Inlet in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ; and at MSST New York in Staten Island, NY. Upon transferring to the Reserve component, Master Chief Rosati served at USCG Station Sandy Hook in Highlands, NJ; the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO; Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, DC; and at USCG Sector Delaware Bay in Philadelphia, PA.
He also served in additional Reserve mobilizations such as spending multiple summers aboard USCGC EAGLE to train Cadets and Officer Candidates; as the Deputy Logistics Section Chief for Sector New York in response to Hurricane SANDY; to Auxiliary Operated Station Alpena, MI for operational duties; to a Community Vaccination Center in Greenbelt, MD to support the vaccination efforts during the COVID-19 Pandemic; and most recently as the Deputy Logistics Section Chief to Operation Vigilant Sentry in Miami, FL.
Personal awards include two Coast Guard Commendation Medals, two Achievement Medals, the Reserve Medal, and the Humanitarian Service Medal. Qualification badges earned include the Coxswain Insignia and the Advance Boat Forces Qualification Insignia. Master Chief Rosati holds a Master of Business Administration from Rider University and completed additional studies at the National Defense University and at the London School of Economics.
