Keepers:

Edward Drinkwater was first appointed on DEC 4, 1874 and left the service in 1877.

Jesse T. Etheridge was appointed on DEC 9, 1878 and left the service in 1915.

Robert L. Wescott (Acting) was appointed in 1915 and was still serving in 1915.
