Remarks:
Station was moved to West Pier in Cleveland Harbor in 1897.
Keepers:
Samuel Law was appointed keeper on 9 SEP 1876 and left in 1878 (?).
Charles C. Goodwin (G) was appointed keeper on 8 NOV 1878 and died on 18 FEB 1893. Click here for a narrative of his Gold Lifesaving medal rescue on 31 OCT 1884.
Lawrence Distel was appointed keeper on 30 MAR 1883 and resigned on 19 APR 1894.
Charles E. Motley was appointed keeper on 15 APR 1894 and resigned on 31 MAY 1907.
Hans J. Hausin was appointed keeper on 1 JUN 1907 still serving in 1915.
