The station was established in 1878 and had been located on this land without it having been conveyed to the U.S.
Keepers:
John A. Scarborough was appointed keeper on 31 DEC 1878 and was discharged on 6 OCT 1882.
Farrow L. Scarborough was appointed keeper on 23 SEP 1882 and was discharged on 27 FEB 1888.
David M. Pugh was appointed keeper on 5 MAR 1888 and transferred to Station Gull Shoal on 3 OCT 1890.
Amalek T. Gray was appointed keeper on 3 OCT 1890 and left in 1915.
John C. Gaskill (acting) was appointed keeper in 1915.
