Remarks:
The original station burned down on 26 April, 1923 and a newer station was built to replace it.
Keepers:
John Maxon was appointed in 1849. It is unknown when he left the service.
William Chadwick a Gold Life Saving Medal Recipient was assigned on 7 October, 1868 and resigned from service on 21 May, 1887.
John W. Petit was appointed on 18 May, 1887 and was discharge on 10 September, 1904.
William A. Osborn was appointed on 22 September, 1904 and was reassigned to Spring Lake Station on 31 August, 1905.
William S. Simpson was appointed on 25 August, 1905 and was still serving in 1915 when the Life-Saving Service merged with the Revenue Cutter Service.
CBM L. G. Brower was in charge in 1929.
