Remarks:
The original station built in 1855 was an 1855-Type station. That station was replaced in 1872 by a 1871 Red House-Type station
Keepers:

Richard Stiles was appointed Keeper in 1856. It is not known when he left.

Sylvanus Corson was appointed Keeper on 17 January 1862 and was discharged on 3 November 1883.

Charles D. Stephens was appointed Keeper on 10 November 1883 and resigned on 23 October 1897.

Reuben S. Godfrey was appointed Keeper on 6 November 1897 and resigned for physical reasons on 2 February 1908.

Cornelius L. Nickerson was appointed Keeper on 29 January 1908 and was still in service when the USLSS merged with the USRCS in 1915.

CBM (L) Edward Norton was OIC in 1929.
