Cutter History:

This steam tug was chartered at Oswego, New York on 5 October 1864 for $4,500 for one month.  She was also known as the Winslow.  This vessel was lost at Cleveland, Ohio, in October, 1864, while under the command of Captain Douglas Ottinger (wrecked subsequent to 23 October 1864).
