HERE A HEARING UNIT AT A CENTRAL PACIFIC BASE MEETS WITH A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE SAILOR'S UNION OF THE PACITIC AND THE SEAFARER'S INTERNATION UNION OF NORTH AMERICA."
