2021-Chief USCG Historian Scott Price Delivers Lecture at NHHC
211109-N-MI811-1076 WASHINGTON NAVY YARD (Nov. 9, 2021) Scott Price, Chief Historian, Historian’s Office, U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, speaks to guests during a symposium and commemoration for the 100th anniversary of the arrival of the Unknown Soldier, held at the National Museum of the U.S. Navy (NMUSN). During the symposium, guests toured museum exhibits and attended panels to learn about the arrival of the Unknown Soldier to the Washington Navy Yard aboard USS Olympia, along with the Navy’s involvement in the transport of the remains of other Unknowns from WWII, Korea, and Vietnam.
